The Return of Kitchen Larders

Updated: Sep 2, 2021

On a recent trip to London we visited a few high end kitchen and bath showrooms where the common thread was the kitchen larder. The word "larder" means a place for storing bacon. In cold climates the larder was used to store chunks of bacon, fresh fruits and vegetables. The larder is a standalone unit slightly larger than a pantry. Larders are making its way back to the modern day kitchen. We design our larders with drawers, shelves and other storage compartments to store dry goods, fruits and vegetables, and also to serve as a beverage center. This larder in our showroom shows its usage which can be customized to meet your needs.
